- 1 (14 ounce) package banana quick bread mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare bread batter as directed on pkg.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Pour half of the batter into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan; cover with cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining batter.
- Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely. Store, tightly wrapped, in refrigerator.
